We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to drive growth, establish strong client relationships, and expand our presence in the market.
Key Responsibilities1. Identify, generate, and qualify new leads for IT solutions.
2. Present, pitch, and demonstrate IT solutions to prospective clients.
3. Understand client requirements and propose appropriate IT solutions.
4. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with prospects and customers.
5. Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
6. Collaborate with product and technical teams to align solutions with client needs.
7. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
8. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
9. Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM tools.
Requirements10. Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or Sales Executive in an IT Solutions & Services environment.
11. Strong understanding of software products and/or custom IT solutions.
12. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
13. Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them to non-technical clients.
14. Self-motivated, target-driven and results-oriented mindset.
15. Experience with lead generation platforms, CRM tools or sales pipelines is a plus.
Eligibility CriteriaMinimum Qualification: Bachelor's in IT or Bachelors in Management Science.
Experience: 2–3 Years in a relevant field.
