Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Technical Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance, resolving customer issues, and ensuring a seamless user experience. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, technical understanding, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and effective technical support to customers via email, chat, and phone
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve product or service-related issues
  • Guide customers through step-by-step solutions and system functionalities
  • Escalate complex technical issues to the relevant internal teams when necessary
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions
  • Collaborate with product and development teams to improve customer experience
  • Assist in creating and updating support documentation, FAQs, and knowledge base
  • Monitor system performance issues and report recurring problems
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering professional and empathetic support
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (preferred)
  • Proven experience in a technical support or customer service role
  • Strong understanding of software, SaaS platforms, or web-based applications
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, HubSpot)
  • Basic knowledge of APIs, databases, or troubleshooting tools is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in a SaaS or tech-based company
  • Knowledge of ticketing systems and support workflows
