This is a full-time, on-site role for a Google Ads Specialist located in Multan.
The Google Ads Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing high-performing lead generation campaigns for service-based businesses. The role focuses heavily on Google Search Ads, Local Service campaigns, call generation, and conversion optimization.
The specialist will also lead and coordinate a team of five social media marketers, ensuring alignment between Google Ads campaigns and social media advertising strategies.
Success in this role will be measured by qualified leads generated, cost per lead, conversion rates, and overall return on ad spend (ROAS).
Key Responsibilities• Plan and manage Google Ads campaigns focused on lead generation for service-based businesses
• Run and optimize Search Ads, Call Ads, Local campaigns, and Performance Max campaigns
• Conduct keyword research focused on high-intent service keywords
• Create compelling ad copy designed to drive calls, inquiries, and bookings
• Implement and manage conversion tracking, call tracking, and lead attribution systems
• Monitor and optimize CPL (Cost Per Lead), conversion rate, and ROAS
• Conduct A/B testing for ads, landing pages, and targeting strategies
• Manage and allocate advertising budgets to maximize lead generation efficiency
• Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with strategic recommendations
• Lead and supervise a team of 5 social media marketing executives to ensure integrated paid marketing campaigns
• Collaborate with developers and designers to improvelanding page conversion performance
Qualifications• Strong expertise in Google Ads, PPC management, and lead generation campaigns
• Experience running ads for service-based businesses such as healthcare, home services, education, consulting, or local services
• Strong understanding of search intent, local targeting, and call-based conversions
• Experience managing advertising budgets and optimizing cost per lead (CPL)
• Ability to analyze campaign data and make ROI-driven optimization decisions
• Leadership ability to manage and guide a team of 5 social media marketers
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking systems
• Understanding of sales funnels, landing page optimization, and lead qualification systems
• Strong reporting, communication, and collaboration skills
• Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms is a plus
