Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with Service Line Managers & HRBPs to identify staffing needs.
  • Determine selection criteria based on the job requisitions received.
  • Conduct sourcing activities in order to fill open Positions.
  • Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks).
  • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews.
  • Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details.
  • Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
  • Suggest new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities.
HR Systems Trainee As an HR Systems Trainee, you will work closely with the HR Systems Team to support HR operations through systems and data. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and interested in HR analytics and process automation.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Assist in managing HRIS and keeping it operational.
  • Provide backup support in managing and updating HR System.
  • Support reporting and analysis tasks using Workday and associated tools.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure data accuracy.
  • Contribute to documentation and process improvement initiatives.
    Skills Required:
    • Knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, labor relations and negotiation, and personnel information systems.
    • Strong attention to detail.
    • Stress & Time Management Skills.
    • Confidence and influencing ability, including the ability to address groups of people.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality of data.
    • Effective oral & written communication skills, including the ability to prepare reports, proposals, policies & procedures.
    • MS-Office: Especially strong spreadsheet skills, for ad hoc reporting and analysis.
    • Experience with multiple HR Management systems is preferred.
