Job Description

We are looking for an experienced HR Business Analyst to support end-to-end HR functions with a strong focus on talent acquisition, HR operations, and employee lifecycle management. The ideal candidate will have experience working with global and international clients, particularly in technical hiring, and be comfortable operating in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end talent acquisition including technical hiring for international clients, recruitment analytics, hiring pipeline tracking, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Analyze and support onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation, system access, exit data, and attrition reporting.
  • Manage and optimize HR operations through data analysis, reporting, and process improvement across attendance, leave, performance, and employee records.
  • Prepare and maintain HR dashboards, KPIs, and reports to support workforce planning and leadership decision-making.
  • Collaborate with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure HR processes are scalable, compliant, and aligned with business objectives.

    Skills & Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources.
    • Proven experience working with global/international clients and recruiting for international markets.
    • Strong background in technical recruitment and understanding of IT/technical roles.
    • Experience in HR analytics, HR operations, ATS/HRIS systems, and advanced Excel reporting.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
    • Ability to work a 9-hour shift until 12:00 AM is mandatory.
