We are seeking an experienced Implementation Analyst – ERP Retail Module to drive end-to-end implementation, configuration, and support of ERP systems across multiple retail environments. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in ERP deployments, retail workflows, system integrations, and user training. You will work closely with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure seamless rollout, adoption, and performance of the ERP platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle product implementations from discovery to go-live.
- Gather and document retail/business requirements (billing flows, payment methods, discounts, promotions, returns, etc.).
- Coordinate POS hardware installation (printers, scanners, cash drawers, tablets, terminals).
- Develop test scenarios and conduct functional testing and UAT.
- Provide post-go-live support, including troubleshooting system issues, and operational queries.
- Identify bugs, gaps, and improvement opportunities; collaborate with development or vendor teams for resolutions.
- Analyze ERP (specifically POS/accounts/inventory) usage patterns, transaction performance, error logs, and store feedback.
- Recommend enhancements, new features, and process optimizations.
- Ensure POS works seamlessly with backend ERP/Inventory modules.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance (ACCA), Commerce, Business, Retail Management, or related field.
- Strong understanding of POS systems, retail operations, store workflows, and inventory management.
- 3+ years of experience in POS or ERP implementation, configuration, or support.
- Hands-on experience with POS platforms (e.g., Shopify POS, Lightspeed, Square, Odoo POS, Oracle Retail POS, Dynamics POS, etc.).
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, multi-tasking and client-facing skills.
- Strong documentation, training, and presentation skills.
- Experience with integrations (payment gateways, printers, scanners, loyalty systems) is a plus.
