Job Description

Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Remote Recruiter Intern to support our talent acquisition efforts. This is an excellent opportunity to gain practical recruitment experience while working closely with senior recruiters in a fully remote environment. You will assist in sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and supporting daily recruitment operations.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source candidates through online platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, and social media
  • Review and screen CVs to identify qualified candidates
  • Conduct initial phone/online screenings and schedule interviews
  • Support senior recruiters in managing full-cycle recruitment tasks
  • Maintain accurate candidate data within the ATS
  • Communicate with candidates regarding next steps and updates
  • Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting job ads
  • Join virtual recruitment meetings and help track hiring metrics
  • Provide administrative and coordination support to the recruitment team

 

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup
  • Good time-management and multitasking skills
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn and job portals is a plus
  • Basic understanding of recruitment or HR concepts preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and comfortable using digital tools
  • Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and attention to detail
