Key Responsibilities
1. Content Development & Strategy
• Develop, write, and edit high-quality technical content for products, including
documentation, blogs, whitepapers, and case studies.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and user-friendly content.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to gather technical information and ensure
content accuracy.
2. Content Planning & Management
• Maintain and update product documentation to reflect software updates and new features.
• Develop content calendars and manage the delivery of content across multiple channels.
• Ensure consistency in tone, style, and branding across all technical content.
3. Quality & Continuous Improvement
• Review and edit content produced by other writers or teams for accuracy and clarity.
• Conduct research on emerging technologies and industry trends to produce relevant and up
to-date content.
• Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to continually improve content quality and relevance.
4. Collaboration & Communication
• Work closely with engineers, product managers, and marketing teams to align content with
business goals.
• Provide insights and recommendations for improving user engagement through content.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings to understand product roadmaps and updates.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s or Masters degree in Technical Writing, Communications, Computer Science, or a
related field.
• 4+ years of experience in technical content writing, preferably focused on software products
or IT solutions.
• Strong ability to write and communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
• Experience creating a variety of content types: documentation, blogs, whitepapers, case
studies, and tutorials.
• Excellent research, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), documentation tools, and version control
(e.g., Git).
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work with technical teams.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and content optimization is a plus.
