We are looking for a Technical Sales Engineer who can drive solar sales, manage client relationships, and support project execution from initial discussion to final handover.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation
• Identify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and research
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline (commercial & residential)
Client Meetings & Coordination
• Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations
• Understand client energy needs and propose suitable solar solutions
Site Surveys
• Assess technical feasibility
• Evaluate roof space, electrical setup, and installation constraints
Design & Feasibility
• Prepare initial designs using SketchUp / Helioscope
• Conduct feasibility analysis
Proposals & ROI Analysis
• Develop proposals, BOQ, and cost estimates
• Explain ROI and financial benefits to clients
Deal Closing & Handover
• Close deals through negotiation and follow-ups
• Handover project details to the deployment team
Client Relationship Management
• Maintain long-term client relationships
• Generate repeat and referral business
Sales Targets & Reporting
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
• Maintain reports, KPIs, and sales pipeline
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Engineering (Electrical / Civil / Mechanical)
• PEC registration (Mandatory)
• Fresh or up to 1 year of sales experience (preferably solar/EPC)
• Hands-on experience with SketchUp / Helioscope / PVSyst
• Based in Lahore
• Valid driving license & own transport (bike/car)
Salary & Benefits:
• Rs. 60,000-70,000/month (including fuel allowance during probation)
• 20% increment after confirmation
• 1% commission on confirmed sales
