Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated Agent Growth & Development Intern to support our international network expansion and strengthen relationships with global freight agents. This role is ideal for candidates interested in international business, logistics networking, and B2B communication.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in identifying and onboarding new international freight agents
  • Support communication with global partners (WCA, FreightNet, GLA networks)
  • Conduct research on potential markets and logistics partners
  • Maintain and update agent database and CRM records
  • Assist in sending introductory emails and follow-ups to agents
  • Help coordinate agent inquiries with internal teams
  • Support in preparing reports on agent performance and activity
  • Contribute to network development and outreach campaigns

 

Requirements

  • Final-year or recent graduate in Business Administration, or related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (English required)
  • Interest in international logistics and B2B networking
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Self-motivated, proactive, & Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
