Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lahore for a Business Development Manager specializing in Education Consulting and Visa Services. The Business Development Manager will identify and build partnerships with educational institutions, develop strategies to expand the company's service reach, and manage projects to enhance service delivery. Responsibilities include analyzing client needs, providing expert consulting services, and ensuring clients have a seamless experience from initial inquiry to visa processing and enrollment. The role also requires close collaboration with the counseling and support teams to achieve business goals and ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate market trends, data, and client needs
- Expertise in Consulting and Management Consulting to recommend tailored solutions and develop long-term client relationships
- Experience in Project Management to oversee service delivery and manage timelines effectively
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with clients and institutional partners
- Proven ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams
- Experience in the education consultancy or visa processing industry is an advantage
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Education, or a related field
