A Note on This Role
Ciel is an early-stage brand, and this is a founding hire. You will be the first member of our design team, working directly with the co-founders and playing a meaningful role in shaping the creative direction of the brand as it grows.
This is an opportunity to build something, including the team around you.
The Role
As Fashion & Design Lead, you will own creative development from concept through to production, setting the aesthetic direction of our collections, managing the design-to-production workflow, and ensuring every piece stays true to Ciel's sustainability and quality standards. You will also support our marketing and sales efforts through strong visual storytelling, and play an active role in building the design function as the company scales.
