Job Description

We are looking for a motivated DevOps Engineer with 1-2 years of hands-on experience to join our growing engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms, containerization, and infrastructure automation. You will work closely with development and operations teams to streamline deployment processes and improve system reliability.

  • Assist in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI/CD
  • Support deployment and monitoring of applications in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
  • Work with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning using tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues in development and production environments
  • Collaborate with development teams to improve deployment frequency and reliability
  • Maintain documentation for infrastructure, processes, and workflows
  • Ensure security best practices are followed in deployments and infrastructure

Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a DevOps or related role
  • Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD)
  • Hands-on experience with Docker and basic Kubernetes concepts
  • Understanding of Linux/Unix systems and shell scripting
  • Knowledge of version control systems like Git
  • Basic understanding of networking, monitoring, and logging

Preferred Skills
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred)
  • Exposure to monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack
  • Knowledge of scripting languages (Bash, Python)
  • Understanding of microservices architecture
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies

Soft Skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Good communication and collaboration abilities
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
