We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Specialist with proven experience in both B2B and B2C sales within the healthcare industry, specifically in mental health services.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Reach out to potential and existing clients (individuals and businesses) to promote mental health services.
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable services..
• Manage the full sales process from lead to closing and follow-up.
• Maintain records in CRM and meet sales targets.
• Build strong relationships and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Experience in B2B and/or B2C sales, preferably in healthcare or mental health.
• Good understanding of the U.S. health insurance system.
• Strong communication and sales skills with the ability to close deals.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in mental health or healthcare services sales.
• Knowledge of insurance verification and billing processes.
• Familiarity with HIPAA and healthcare regulations.
