Strategy & Setup: Develop and execute comprehensive Google Ads strategies (Search, Display, Video, Shopping, and Remarketing) aligned with client business goals.
Optimization: Conduct continuous A/B testing of ad copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies to improve Click-Through Rates (CTR) and Conversion Rates.
Keyword Research: Perform extensive keyword research and competitive analysis to identify high-value opportunities.
Tracking & Analytics: Implement and manage conversion tracking via Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to ensure accurate data attribution.
Budget Management: Monitor and manage daily/monthly budgets across multiple accounts, ensuring efficient spend and optimal ROAS.
Reporting: Create detailed performance reports and provide actionable insights during client meetings to demonstrate campaign impact.
Collaboration: Work closely with the design and web development teams to create high-converting landing pages and creative assets.
Required Qualifications
Experience: 2–4 years of proven experience managing successful Google Ads campaigns (agency experience preferred).
Certifications: Active Google Ads Certifications (Search, Display, Measurement, etc.).
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Ads Editor, Google Tag Manager, and GA4.
Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to interpret complex data and turn it into strategic recommendations.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for ad copywriting and client interactions.
Detail-Oriented: A proactive approach to troubleshooting tracking issues and identifying market trends.
